Import Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d)

For our subsidiary COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Spain) S.A., located in Barcelona, Spain we are looking for an experienced:

Import Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create delivery orders for our customers
• Provide clear and timely information about Import BL at key ports (Barcelona, Valencia, Algeciras)
• Assist customers via email and phone, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently
• Coordinate transport services, providing rate options (Truck or TECO + Truck)
• Verify all necessary documentation for transport (BL release & consignee authorization)
• Monitor payments and confirm deliveries
• Keep customers informed of any delays or issues
• Send Proof of Delivery (POD)

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Someone who values efficiency, coordination, and continuous improvement
