Import Coordinator Location: Dublin Salary: Up to €48,000 + Benefits Are you an experienced freight forwarding professional looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting an Import Coordinator to join a well-established logistics company in Dublin. You'll take ownership of ocean import shipments from start to finish, working with customers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure freight moves smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do Manage ocean import shipments from booking to final delivery Prepare and process shipping documentation and customs paperwork Liaise with customers, shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas agents Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the shipment process Support the wider freight operations team when required What We're Looking For Previous ocean import experience within freight forwarding Ability to manage shipments independently from start to finish Cargowise experience is an advantage Air freight experience is beneficial Excellent organisational and communication skills A proactive, customer-focused approach What's On Offer Salary up to €48,000 Monday to Friday, 37.5-hour week Flexible start times (8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm) 28 days holiday Company pension Stable, supportive working environment with opportunities to develop your careerApply today if you're ready to join a respected freight forwarding business and take the next step in your logistics career.
