The Team:

The team works in a collaborative and supportive culture, focusing on knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and delivering best in class client outcomes. The team supports EMEA onboarding for Commercial and FI/NBFI Banking clients within the treasury and cash management solutions portfolio.

Role Description:

This role is the primary point of contact for Treasury clients who submit implementation requests for treasury, cash management, and depository products via email or phone. The successful candidate will manage end to end processing for moderately complex implementations, coordinate with internal partners (Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations), and ensure client issues are resolved efficiently to support the growth of our Treasury business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client implementations end to end across Bank of America's range of cash management solutions.
  • Partner with clients to create delivery timelines, communicate project status, identify/mitigate risks, and conduct root cause analysis and resolution for issues.
  • Provide a professional, tailored approach to meet all client needs, leveraging project management routines where necessary for larger deliverables.
  • Lead conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate all elements of relevant KYC and legal documentation required for client onboarding.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on onboarding progress and highlight any related issues.
