Impactful Team Leader - Disability Services

Corlann - West Region, Hyde Services (Kilkerrin, North Galway or Roscommon Town) is seeking a permanent full-time Team Leader (CNM1 or SCL Grade). The role will lead day-to-day service delivery, supervise teams and support person-centred planning in line with Personal Outcome Measures ethos.

The post requires a relevant nursing qualification, CORU/NMBI registration, and a commitment to standards and continuous improvement; a full driving licence is essential.
