Impactful Teaching Assistant - SEND & Inclusion

Trent College and The Elms are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team. You will work closely with teachers and the Learning Support department to provide high-quality support for pupils, including those with SEND.

The role involves helping pupils access learning, developing confidence and independence, delivering targeted interventions and supporting pastoral wellbeing in an inclusive environment.
