Impactful Service Manager - Learning Disability Care

Royal Mencap Society is seeking a full-time Registered Service Manager to lead two services in Bury St Edmunds, supporting people with a learning disability to live the life they choose. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centered support while creating an environment where colleagues and those we support thrive.
