Impactful SEND TA (EYFS-KS2) with CPD

Connex Education invites applications for a SEND Teaching Assistant in Solihull, supporting pupils with complex needs across EYFS to KS2. The role combines class-based TA support with small group work, in a specialist SEN environment.

You will work with teachers, therapists and the wider MDT to deliver high-quality, child-centred provision. The ideal candidate has SEN experience, a good grasp of the primary curriculum, and a calm, nurturing approach.
