Impactful Residential Social Care Worker (Social Pedagogy)

Compass Care in Tralee, Co. Kerry, is seeking a Social Pedagogue (Social Care Worker) to provide day-to-day care and individual work with young people in low occupancy out-of-home placements.

The role emphasises social pedagogy, relationship-building and collaboration with families and agencies. The position requires NFQ Level 7+ in social care or a related field, excellent English skills, and a full Irish driving license.
