Impactful Residential Childcare Trainer & Assessor

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced trainer/assessor to manage a caseload of apprentices and employer based learners in Cambridge. The role focuses on high quality coaching, assessment, and planning aligned with final assessments and English/maths development.

You will develop training plans with employers, deliver inductions, and ensure compliance with QA standards. Strong safeguarding knowledge, ICT skills and effective communication are essential.
