Impactful Progression Coach - Welfare to Work

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Progression Coach to help participants across North & East Yorks & Humber move into sustainable work. The role is office-based with travel to local sites and is currently building a talent pipeline.

You will attract, register and progress participants, providing coaching, action planning and wellbeing support to a caseload of up to 25, with strong collaboration with local Job Centres and partners.
