Impactful Positive Behaviour Mentor for SEMH Youth

Milk Education, a wellbeing-led and eco-friendly education agency, seeks a Graduate Positive Behaviour Mentor for a specialist SEMH school in Hillingdon. The role offers Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm, term-time only, with a daily rate of £101.40 and June/Sept 2026 start dates.

You will build trusting relationships, promote emotional literacy, and run 1:1 or small-group interventions to help pupils develop resilience and pro-social behaviour, while supporting community safety work.
