Impactful Learning Support Assistant - Secondary KS3-KS5

Pink Tile Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a secondary school in the Crawley area. The successful candidate will provide in-class support across KS3-KS5, assisting students who need additional help with learning. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with students with special educational needs (SEN), promoting positive behaviour, and collaborating with teaching staff. This is a Monday to Friday position, from 8:30am to 3:30pm. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and strong communication skills, with experience in a school environment preferred.
