Impactful Learning Disability Support Worker in Community

Marva is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to young people with learning disabilities in homes and the local community. You will plan structured activities to build independence and social confidence, support daily living skills, and maintain accurate digital care notes in a collaborative MDT environment.

A UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK are required; NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, with First Aid training
