Impactful Housing Caseworker: Crisis Prevention & Guidance

Citizens Advice Bromley, part of the national Citizens Advice network, is looking for a Housing Caseworker to join our team. You will work with network partners to deliver crisis prevention support across the South East Region and help local people access information, advice and assistance.

The role requires at least 2 years' housing advice casework experience (paid or voluntary), ability to complete detailed forms, manage a caseload and assess merits.
