Impactful Early Years SENCO: Nurture & Lead SEND

A respected education provider is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years SENCO in Birmingham. This role involves overseeing SEND provision, supporting children's development, and ensuring a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in nursery settings, strong knowledge of SEND and EYFS frameworks, and possess excellent organizational skills. This long-term position starts in September 2026, offering working hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
