Impactful Children's Support Worker - Flexible Shifts

Community Integrated Care in Fareham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help children aged 9-18 build confidence and live more independently. You will work with the Registered Manager and team to provide a nurturing, safe home environment that supports daily living skills and personal growth.

The role offers flexible shifts, training and progression opportunities, and DBS coverage. A driving license and access to your own vehicle are required due to the rural location of the home.
