Impactful Case Worker - Homeless Support (Oxfordshire)

Connection Support is seeking a compassionate Case Worker to join the Adult Homeless Pathway team in Oxfordshire. You will empower clients to manage debts, budgeting, and access services, helping them gain and maintain accommodation and independence.

The role requires empathy, resilience, and a person-centred approach, with driving in Oxfordshire for client support. Full training provided; salary £27,418-£28,541 per year, pro rata for part-time hours.
