Impactful Carers Breaks Coordinator

Age Connects Torfaen is seeking a Carers Officer to coordinate our short-break service for unpaid carers across Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent. You will be the Single Point of Access for short-break requests, working directly with carers to understand their individual circumstances, identify their needs and coordinate flexible, meaningful opportunities for them to take a break from their caring role.
