Impact Leader for Children with Disabilities & Short Breaks

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager for Children with Disabilities to provide operational leadership across the Children with Disabilities Service, primarily based in Suffolk with sites in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich. The role requires 3-4 days per week on-site, overseeing the Activities Unlimited Short Breaks Service and leading an established improvement programme.

You will drive transformation, support practice development, and work with senior leaders to ensure high-quality
