Job Description
Job Summary

We are recruiting an Immunisation Administrative School Support to assist our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in delivering the Flu Vaccination programme in schools and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nurse led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings.
  • Handle telephone calls from parents/carers and communicate with schools.
  • Assist team members with collecting, transporting and managing vaccines and equipment.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for school visits.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all clerical and administrative duties related to the Immunisation Service.
  • Follow all safety measures, complete risk assessments, and adhere to policy and procedures.
Requirements
  • Working experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for travel to schools.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in teams.
  • Proven track record of delivery to tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with school aged children.
  • Previous experience with nasal flu delivery in schools.
