Job Description
About the role

Immersive Learning Development Officer in the Technology Enhanced Learning Unit of the South Wales Police. The role involves designing, developing and delivering 'hydra' immersive learning exercises to support training across the Police.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver immersive learning exercises using the Hydra platform.
  • Maintain the day to day operation of Hydra facilities within South Wales Police.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team, primarily based at Police Headquarters, and support occasional home working.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Working knowledge of computer networks and Microsoft applications.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in training design and delivery is desirable.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to conduct research, design and deliver training programmes.
  • Willingness to undergo vetting to RV Vetting.
