Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager / Administrator to join our clients' independent financial advice firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is eager to develop a long-term career in financial services. You will play a pivotal role in onboarding new clients, providing exceptional client support, and assisting Financial Advisors with administrative tasks.

This is not just an administrative role-it's a stepping stone to becoming a Paraplanner and, ultimately, a Financial Advisor. If you are ambitious, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong client relationships, this opportunity offers the training, mentorship, and career progression to help you achieve your professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Manage the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing professional and timely responses to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Advisor Support: Assist Financial Advisors with administrative tasks, including preparing client reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all client files and records are maintained in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Career Development: Take advantage of structured training and mentorship to progress into a Paraplanner role, with the long-term potential to qualify as a Financial Advisor.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in financial services, client support, or administration.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
  • Mindset: A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the financial advice sector.
  • Qualifications: While no specific qualifications are required to start, we will support you in achieving industry-recognised certifications as you progress.

Why Join?

  • Career Progression: A clear pathway to develop from Client Relationship Manager to Paraplanner and ultimately Financial Advisor, with full support and training provided.
  • Supportive Environment: Work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and success.
  • Client Impact: Play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals, making a real difference in their lives.
  • Benefits: Competitive salary and a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.
