Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 DOE

About the Company:

Due to expansion, our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Financial Administrator to join their team. The company prides itself on delivering a first-class service to both clients and internal teams, operating within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for client queries regarding pensions, investments, and protection
  • Handling incoming phone calls, enquiries, and requests
  • Corresponding with clients both verbally and in writing
  • Processing New Business applications
  • Assisting Paraplanners and Advisers with preparation of client review packs (annual and tri-annual)
  • Arranging client meetings and managing Advisers' diaries
  • Completing Portfolio Illustration requests
  • Providing back-office support
  • Ensuring all financial planning administration follows company procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records on company systems

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within a Financial Planning firm (essential)
  • Working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) and other financial platforms
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence with IT and office software
  • Positive attitude and strong team player

Desirable Skills:

  • CII Level 3 Qualification in Financial Administration (training can be provided if not already held)
  • Understanding of Model Portfolios/DFMs
