IFA Administrator
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a IFA Administrator to join a growing financial services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IFA or provider experience who enjoys a fast-paced, varied role and wants to be part of a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing new business across investments, pensions and protection
- Managing cases through to completion and maintaining accurate pipelines
- Booking client review meetings
- Raising invoices and handling new business queries
- Supporting advisers, clients and providers
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and within service levels
About You:
- Previous experience within financial services, IFA or a provider
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
