Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a well-established wealth management firm based in Coventry.
As an IFA Administrator you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client servicing, compliance, and business processing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process new business applications, including anti-money laundering checks and fact-finding
- Handle client correspondence, including letters, emails, and telephone queries
- Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards
- Liaise with product providers to obtain valuations, policy information, and resolve queries
- Assist in the preparation of annual reviews and investment pathway documentation

Skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as IFA Administrator or similar roles.
- Experience working with FCA regulatory standards or in a regulated environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
