Identity & Privileged Access Management (PAM) Product Owner 
Role Summary: Seeking an experienced Identity & Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM) Product Owner to lead the delivery of strategic access management and privileged account controls across a complex enterprise environment. The successful contractor will own the PAM roadmap, coordinate stakeholders, and drive implementation of key security capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Own and prioritise the IAM/PAM product backlog and roadmap.
- Define requirements and work with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliver PAM capabilities.
- Drive adoption of privileged access controls, MFA, RBAC, and identity governance processes.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and delivery partners.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM and PAM programmes.
- Strong knowledge of CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or IAM/PAM Lead.
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.
- Knowledge of identity governance, privileged access, MFA, SSO, and access lifecycle management.
- PAM product roadmap and prioritised backlog.
- Discovery and onboarding of privileged accounts and service accounts.
- Implementation and optimisation of credential vaulting and password rotation.
- Rollout of Just-In-Time (JIT) and privileged session management capabilities.
- Improved Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and access governance controls.
- Delivery of MFA and privileged access policy enhancements.
- Executive reporting dashboard covering PAM adoption, risk reduction, and compliance metrics.
- Closure of audit findings and remediation of access-related control gaps.
- Documented operating model, processes, and knowledge transfer to BAU teams.
- Increased PAM coverage across critical systems.
- Reduction in unmanaged privileged accounts.
- Improved audit and compliance outcomes.
- Enhanced visibility and control of privileged access activities.
- Successful delivery of roadmap commitments within agreed timelines.
