ID Team Lead - Fast-Paced Conveyancing Support

Simplify Group in Enderby, Leicester, is seeking a D Team Manager for the Conveyancing Support Department. You will lead a team of around 10 handling client identity checks for estate agents in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Support, you will ensure quick, accurate ID checks, coach your team, and analyse data to improve sign-off rates and stakeholder experience.
