ICU Clinical Facilitator & Nurse Educator

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with a leading private hospital in Cork City seeks a Clinical Facilitator for ICU and Cardiothoracic Services. You will lead educational initiatives, mentor staff, and champion best practice to drive patient safety and clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate is an Registered General Nurse with active NMBI, ICU nursing experience, and leadership experience; Higher Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing and degree-level management qualification are desirable.
