IAM Governance Lead: Onboarding, UAR & Audit

Marex is seeking an IAM Governance Lead to hands-on manage and enhance the in-house IAM governance platform. The role focuses on onboarding databases, OS and applications, plus overseeing user access reviews, data quality and control improvements.

You will work with technology teams to ensure reliable access data feeds, strengthen governance and support audit readiness across SOX and regulatory requirements.
