PingFederate Developer - IAM - Long Term Contract - Major Banking Client

We are actively seeking an experienced PingFederate Developer to support the design and development of custom authentication solutions using PingFederate. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with deep knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), particularly with Ping Identity tools, and strong Java development skills. You would be working with a major banking client of ours contributing to critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PingFederate authentication adaptors to support various SSO and federation scenarios.
• Integrate PingFederate with internal and external identity providers and service providers.
• Collaborate with security architects and product teams to design secure and scalable authentication workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and integration issues across multiple environments.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance and best practices related to PingFederate implementation.
• Document custom adaptor logic, integration points, and configuration for operational hand-off and long-term support.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience working with PingFederate, including creating or customizing authentication and token processing adaptors.
• Strong Java programming skills with a solid understanding of object-oriented design.
• Experience developing and integrating custom solutions within IAM platforms.
• English speaking
• Ideally experience in the banking industry
