IAG Advisor: Careers Guidance & Skills Growth

KM Recruitment is seeking an IAG Advisor / Careers Guidance to work in Nottinghamshire, centre-based, delivering 1:1 and group careers guidance to individuals.

You will identify suitable sectors, signpost training, support CV writing and interview techniques, and help learners overcome barriers to employment. You will develop career skills action plans and monitor their progress.

All duties are performed in line with our compliance and quality standards.
