I2V Transformation Leader for Value Creation

Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking an Innovation-to-Value (I2V) Leader for Transport Solutions. You will drive end-to-end value creation, bridge engineering, commercial, sourcing and operations, and align initiatives with growth and margin expansion across the portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage portfolio governance, and ensure customer-centric cost-down ideas, with international collaboration and travel within the UK/Europe.
