Hygiene Team Lead: Food Safety & Audit-Ready Champion

Weetabix Food Company is seeking an experienced Hygiene Team Leader to support the Hygiene Manager in delivering a comprehensive hygiene and pest control service across the site. You will coordinate daily hygiene activities, mentor operators, and uphold site hygiene standards, food safety, and audit-ready conditions.

You will lead by example, drive improvements in hygiene processes and team performance, and ensure safe operation of hygiene machinery and handling of chemicals.
