Overview

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to join a stable and well-established food manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygiene professional with leadership experience to take ownership of hygiene operations across the site, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene compliance, and operational excellence are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the hygiene team
• Oversee cleaning schedules and hygiene standards
• Work closely with production and other departments to ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety requirements
• Take ownership of hygiene operations across the site, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene compliance are consistently achieved

Qualifications Required

• Proven hygiene experience within a food manufacturing environment

Desirable

• Experience working within the UK food manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and chemical management
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Previous experience deputising for a Hygiene Manager
