Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hygiene Manager to join a market leading FMCG manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast paced, high volume production environment for a company that continues to invest heavily into both its site and people. Sector: FMCG Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

The successful Hygiene Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the site hygiene function, ensuring the factory is maintained to the highest hygiene and food safety standards. You will lead hygiene teams across the night shift, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure all cleaning schedules and compliance standards are achieved.

Non Negotiable Requirements

• Strong hygiene management background within a factory or industrial environment.
• Previous experience working within FMCG manufacturing or industrial production environments.
• Happy to work permanent night shifts.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.

Requirements

• Experience managing hygiene standards and cleaning operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene compliance standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working within FMCG manufacturing in the UK.
• HACCP or Food Safety qualifications.
