Hygiene Front-Line Manager, Night Shift (Food)

Long Clawson Dairy is seeking a Hygiene Front Line Manager to lead the hygiene team at our Long Clawson site near Melton Mowbray. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe conditions and delivering daily excellence in a fast paced food manufacturing environment.

You will oversee training, audits, KPI reporting, and collaboration with engineering to uphold GMP, HACCP principles and COSHH compliance. Salary circa £39,000 plus benefits, based on 36.65 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
