Your new role includes:

• Ensuring that specific requests from customers directly or indirectly are responded to in professional and timely fashion.
• Processing and management of customer quotations and orders for infustrial hoses and valves.
• Keeping the pipeline of quotes up to date
• Developing a deep understanding of potential client's business requirements and tailor solutions to meet these requirements.
• Building and developing key customers and a project pipeline ensuring sustainable and consistent sales growth.
• Working collaboratively with all internal resources to meet and exceed our customer's requirements.

Experience you need:

• Previous experience in sales role in the plumbing, hydraulic or industrial hosing/valve industry
• Excellent IT skills, especially a knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise
