My client is a growing landing gear MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) company based in Hayes, and we're looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join their hydraulic workshop team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong practical skills who wants to break into the aviation industry and build a long-term career in aviation engineering.What We're Looking For:Strong hand skills and mechanical aptitudeExperience using hand tools and power tools confidently and safelyGood attention to detailA practical, can-do attitudeReliability and willingness to learnAn engineering or aviation qualification is favourable, but it is not as important as practical ability and hands-on experience.
