HWRC Operations Lead: Safety, Recycling & Efficiency

SUEZ Blackburn is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee daily operations at our HWRC facility. You will ensure full regulatory compliance, manage staffing, and drive recycling performance while maintaining safety culture.

You will report to the HWRC Manager, supervise teams, prepare operational documents and reports, monitor KPIs, and deputise when needed to keep the site running efficiently and within budget.
