HVAC Technical Sales Manager

Overview & Role An established HVAC manufacturer is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Engineer to drive Air Handling Unit (AHU) sales across Ireland, with a strong focus on the Dublin building services market. This is a specification-led role targeting consultants, M&E contractors, developers and end users, supporting projects from design stage through to order placement. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle including business development, technical support, tendering and commercial negotiation, while developing relationships across the Irish HVAC market. Requirements Proven track record selling AHUs within the Irish HVAC market Existing network of consultants, contractors and building services contacts across Ireland Strong technical understanding of AHU systems and ventilation principles Experience within specification-led HVAC sales Ability to prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Mechanical engineering or building services background advantageous Full Irish driving licence Package €65,000 - €75,000 basic salary Realistic OTE €80,000 - €100,000+ Company vehicle or car allowance Field and office-based role covering Ireland Long-term opportunity within a growing HVAC manufacturer Interested in hearing more?
