Do you want to actively participate in the energy transition by providing our clients with renewable and innovative solutions?Team X LeaderYou will play a key role in designing, managing, and ensuring the success of large-scale HVAC projects, both for public and private clients. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from complex ones to more targeted ones, with true autonomy.MAIN MISSIONS:- Imagine, design, and oversee ambitious and innovative HVAC projects.- Ensure the technical and financial follow-up of your projects with a global and responsible vision.- Supervise and support a small team of project managers by efficiently distributing tasks.- Coordinate work with companies and guarantee execution quality.- Advise Clients and architects to define the most relevant technical solutions.- Ensure technological monitoring to integrate the best practices and innovations.PROFILE:- Degree in engineering in a technical HVAC or thermal engineering field, or equivalent base complemented by a postgraduate in project management.- Up to 10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.- Experience in HVAC design for buildings of this type, or mastery of financial management of projects, and tools.- Excellent listening skills, communication skills, decision-making abilities, and mastery of AutoCAD.- Knowledge of Revit is appreciated.OUR BENEFITS:- 27 to 30 days of paid leave.- Cafeteria with family, sports, and cultural services.- 40 hours of work/week, with support from the Fribourg Red Cross (in case of sick children).RECRUITMENT STEPS:- First call - quick exchange to get to know each other.- Physical interview - with the HR Business Partner and the manager to explore your experiences and discuss your qualifications.- Personality Assessment - a fun tool to better understand your strengths and work style.- Final interview - with the HR Business Partner and the Director to confirm that this role is a good fit for you.
