Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Own end-to-end delivery of small and medium commercial HVAC projects, from sales handover to completion
- Manage full project lifecycle: design input, installation, commissioning, and handover
- Plan programmes, labour, and materials
- Conduct site surveys; oversee engineers and subcontractors
- Ensure quality, energy performance, and compliance
- Manage budgets, costs, variations, and profitability
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS, audits)
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams
- Project management experience in HVAC/building services
- Track record delivering commercial projects end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, chillers, ventilation)
- Commercial awareness (budgets, timelines, subcontractors)
- Health & Safety knowledge (CDM)
- Strong communication and ability to balance site/office work
- Service/install HVAC environment experience (preferred)
- Relevant qualifications (APM, PRINCE2) (preferred)
- H&S certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, CSCS) (preferred)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings (preferred)
- MS Office and project planning tools (preferred)
