HVAC Multi-Skilled Engineer: BMS & Energy Champion

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Beeston, Nottingham is recruiting an HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment and building services.

You will identify risks, manage the BMS-controlled environments, fault find on VRV/VRF systems, supervise subcontractors and participate in an on call rota, ensuring safety and compliance with F Gas requirements.
