HVAC Engineer: Multi-Skilled On-Site Maintenance Lead

CBRE Group, Inc. in Darlington is seeking an HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.

The role involves identifying risks, implementing preventative maintenance programs, working with BMS to maintain environment conditions, and supplying fault finding on HVAC systems including VRV and F-Gas handling.
