Are you a skilled HVAC Engineer with expertise in boilers, chillers, air conditioning or refrigeration systems?
Cross Rental Services are expanding our Engineering team and are seeking dedicated professionals like you to support our growing operations nationwide. Whether you are experienced in commercial boilers (with OFTEC / Gas safe / NVQ gas qualifications) or chillers and refrigeration (F-Gas qualified), we have field-based and site-based opportunities covering England and Scotland.
As part of our dynamic team, you'll install, service, repair, and maintain temporary hire equipment at customer sites, ensuring seamless operations for leading retailers, government bodies, constructions sites, facilities managers, event providers, server & data centres, and process manufacturers.
Reporting to regional Customer Services Managers, you will play a vital role in delivering critical HVAC and refrigeration solutions that keep our clients' businesses running smoothly.

- Proven experience in commercial HVAC systems, such as boilers or chillers/refrigeration.
- Full UK driving licence (essential for field-based travel).
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- Self-motivated, organised, IT literate, and committed to high-quality, tidy workmanship.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Flexible, approachable team player with excellent administrative skills.
- CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in the hire industry.
- MOD Clearance and site experience.
