HV Substation Commissioning Project Lead

TLI Group is seeking a Project Manager - Commissioning to lead a team of HV commissioners that tests and energises substation projects across Ireland, ensuring safe, compliant energisation for ESB and private clients. The role blends office coordination with on-site leadership.

You will manage multiple commissioning programs, develop the team, coordinate with engineering, safety, and delivery teams, and oversee training, document control, and stakeholder communications to keep projects on track.
