HV Substation Commissioning Lead - England & Wales

Balfour Beatty is seeking a Head of Commissioning for England & Wales to lead the commissioning lifecycle of major HV substations. You will set strategy, govern the process, and align teams, suppliers and partners to deliver safe energisation and timely client handovers across England and Wales.

You will manage internal teams and specialist subcontractors, ensuring compliance with UK safety and CDM rules while engaging with operators, projects and procurement to enable high-quality delivery.
