Job Description

For one of our clients in The Hague, we are looking for an HR Specialist - Organization & Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR systems superuser, ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and providing analytics to support decision-making across the HR function.
  • Lead the maintenance and accuracy of organizational charts, ensuring updates reflect structural changes in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Support organizational design and right-sizing initiatives, including headcount tracking and structural assessments aligned with business evolution.
  • Coordinate the job description lifecycle, ensuring consistency, compliance with grading frameworks, and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Drive the annual workforce planning cycle, enabling alignment between organizational goals and workforce capacity, while supporting scenario analysis and change planning.
  • Coordinate international mobility processes for inbound expatriates, ensuring end-to-end support from onboarding through assignment completion, with full regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Document, standardize, and optimize HR processes and internal procedures to foster compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and improve regulatory HR systems, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external requirements, and use performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Contribute to the transition and optimization of HR systems, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and integrated into local operations effectively.
  • Ensure the availability and accuracy of HR knowledge and reference materials (e.g., policies, manuals, internal guidelines), supporting transparency and easy access for all employees.


Qualifications/skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Mindset for improvement and quality control
  • Systems-thinker, able to see how things tie together and overarching themes
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, Italian is nice to have
  • Eagerness to learn and participate in a global/international environment
  • Experience in an HR environment, ideally in an HR operations and/or employee support role.


Strong preference for Dutch-speaking candidates.
