Location: Newry, Northern Ireland (Office-based)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with UK employment law and company objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing practical and professional guidance.
- Support managers with employee relations issues including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes.
- Lead recruitment activities across the business, working with hiring managers to define role requirements and attract suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, contracts, and onboarding processes.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning aligned with company growth.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate internal and external training programmes.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation, GDPR, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Support compliance with ISO standards and audits where HR documentation and training records are required.
- Monitor changes in employment law and recommend updates to company policies and practices.
- Liaise with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits administration including private health insurance, life insurance, and pensions.
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and commission structures in coordination with management.
- Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and people data to support management decision-making.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with EPAS values and business objectives.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
- Advise leadership on organisational development and people strategy as the company expands internationally.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and efficiency.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, preferably within a growing or international organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior management and operational teams.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above).
- Experience supporting multi-site or international teams.
- Exposure to ISO standards or regulated environments.
