BIAZZI received the Place To Work label in January, highlighting the quality of our company's work environment.You will actively contribute to human and economic success and take part in the sustainable development of the company, which employs around thirty people at a privileged site in the hills of Montreux, and about 35 at its subsidiary NISMA X.Your MissionAt the Management of BIAZZI, you play a key role in shaping the culture of the BIAZZI - NISMA group, employee engagement, and achieving the company's objectives. You develop and implement HR policies and programs in accordance with the guiding principles and values of both companies.Responsibilities:- Development: support Management in the reflection and implementation of HR & talent evolutions: develop the HR vision with management, anticipate needs for key competencies, structure talent management, career paths, and succession planning.- Development & Performance: deploy a culture of continuous learning, define clear career progression paths. Propose, develop, and implement performance processes that promote skill development at all levels, both in terms of technical excellence and leadership.- Recruitment & Employer Branding: attract and integrate highly qualified engineering profiles, strengthen the employer brand, and develop sustainable talent pools.- Engagement & Culture: promote an innovative and respectful work environment that fosters engagement, well-being, and sustainable performance.- HR Fundamentals: ensure coherent, compliant, efficient, and equitable HR practices (policies, personnel management, HR).Your Profile:- Federal Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.- MAS in Human Development in related fields or additional qualifications in coaching, or change management.- Confirmed experience of at least 10 years in Switzerland as a HR Partner or Manager, preferably acquired in a technical or engineering environment.- Ability to formulate an HR plan and translate it into effective solutions demonstrated through successful HR implementation, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring broad buy-in.- In-depth knowledge of HR principles and laws (labor law, social insurance) in Switzerland.- Strong ability to collaborate with managers and support them in people-related decisions at all levels.- Ability to use HR data to understand trends and translate them into concrete actions.- French language proficiency with fluent English (C1). Italian would be a plus.- Swiss or EU citizen with a valid work permit (B/C permit).- Available for occasional travel to our subsidiary in Italy.We offer you the opportunity to work within a highly specialized and recognized company.
